All items sold are new and unused unless specified.

All consumable products(bird foods) are fresh and in date unless specified.

Delivery within my specified range is free of charge with no quoted minimum order value. We reserve the right to impose a minimum order value where the delivery costs will cause us financial loss(ie I won't deliver 1 fatball to an address 30 miles away!)

At the time of writing,all new customers qualify for a 10% discount on first orders. Those referring friends to become customers gain 10% discount on their own next order. We reserve the right to cancel such discounts after giving notice on the website. Such discounts do not apply on Camera nest boxes ,Photographic lenses, dog foods or garden products due to low profit margins on those items.

Only one 10% discount can be applied at a time.

Payment is required on delivery by cash or cheque,or in advance via paypal or bank transfer.

Any product not meeting expectations due to poor quality will be replaced or refunded,subject to condition at time of return.

Payment by Paypal is available to customers as a convenience.Nutbags incurs costs whenever this method is used(currently 3.4% plus 20p) so whilst we are happy to provide the service,if you opt to pay by cash or cheque on delivery we get more of "our" money!

It is and always has been our policy to offer free delivery within our stated delivery area. Some items can be purchased by mail order at extra cost.
